Refund policy

Each item is made to order which means we don’t accept cancellations or refunds.

All bleach or tiedyed designs will be different due to each item being hand bleached/dyed and no two being the same (that does not fall under a misprint.). Also colors bleached pulled will vary from yellow, tan, orange, pink, white, and grey . All will be relatively the same but it’s possible the colors can vary due to oxygen, sunlight and fabric. (this also does not fall under a misprint)

If there is an issue with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

returns and exchanges are not accepted unless a mistake is made on our end (color,design).

If an item is returned for a wrong address, insufficient address, return to sender etc. the buyer will be responsible for paying the reship fee. No refunds will be issued.

Please note that once your item is shipped it’s up to USPS on how fast they get the items to you. They are operating at a slower rate than usual due to COVID so please keep that in mind. Also if the package shows delivered to the address that was provided we are not responsible for lost packages. Please file a missing mail report with USPS
